We offer high quality education with small class sizes, and ensure that our teachers are
well remunerated. Our Schedule of Fees is transparent, clearly stating all fees you will be
expected to pay as a parent.
Our Application Process
- Meet us: Meet the school head, visit the school, and/or attend one of our“Kairos Info Talks” to clarify parents’ and school’s mutual expectations.
- Bring your child for a Child-teacher interview: a friendly, holistic meeting of the child, during which we focus on school readiness and learning potential more than current academic performance. This is also a way for your child to experience the school ethos through meeting a teacher.
- Complete the Biographical Questionnaire about your child, alongside the child-teacher interview. The interview, analysis and follow-up conversations cost a nominal Application Fee (see Schedule of Fees here).
- Complete our application form of family details and sign our parent contract (online or in print — updated form to be provided).
- Registration Fee: To secure a place in the school, pay the non-refundable Registration Fee (or Reservation Fee for reserving a place more than a year in advance).
- Security Deposit: Upon the first day of enrolment, we expect a Refundable Deposit of 25% of a year’s tuition fees (i.e. fees for one term). We are a four term school.
- School Fees: Tuition Fees are charged for the current month, while Sundries (aftercare and extramurals, etc) are charged at the end of every term. Fees are payable over ten payments, termly or annually.
